Welcome to Congregation Kolot

We regret that due to lack of interest and the concomitant lack of financial support we have ceased operations.  We held on as long as we could until the financial burden upon the remaining members of an ever diminishing congregation became no longer tenable.

You can examine our website to get a flavor of the wonderful times and spiritual development we all had.

Our rabbi for nine years was
Rabbi Rafael Goldstein

Our Mission Statement WAS:

We are an inclusive and welcoming community. We strive to enrich our
congregation's Jewish life through our religious, spiritual and social
endeavors.

What do we mean by "Inclusive and Welcoming?"

>> We are a multi-generational congregation, warmly embracing singles, couples and all types of families, including interfaith families.

>> Our community includes people of all sexual orientations and gender expressions, and values accessibility for people with unique needs.

>> Our religious education includes people of all ages.

>> We welcome individuals from any background interested in exploring Judaism.

Our congregation is affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism and the World Congress of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Jews.
